Algunos de ellos son por ejemplo, regula la temperatura y la mantiene mas fresca que si fuera pavimento, en tiempos de lluvia ayuda que el agua se filtre mas rápido, también ayuda a evitar que los automovilistas manejen muy rápido por las calles y así prevenir accidentes.
