Ajijic es una comunidad llena de artistas con una gran variedad de galerías, donde varios murales adornan y embellecen varias calles de este pueblo, que lo vuelven algo mágico.
Pero también la plaza de Ajijic es una pieza de arte mostrando varias esculturas realizadas por varios artistas locales, el kiosco esta minuciosamente detallado e incluso el piso es una obra de arte.
Pero por si esto fuera poco, ahora la plaza se muestra como una galería al aire libre. Ahora se puede disfrutar también de fotografía alrededor de la plaza. Fotografías de verdad muy hermosas. Este proyecto está coordinado por Xill Fessenden y tiene por nombre GALA (Galería al Aire Libre Axixic).
